Here are some informative guidelines that may regard questions you have about your order.
Shipping:
When will my order ship?
Orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to be officially shipped. BUT I do try to package and ship orders ASAP.
Shipping:
Please double check ALL of your shipping information before placing your order. This includes the address and correct size of the product.
☆If you input the incorrect address, it may subject your order to a delayed shipping date. If you do happen to input an incorrect address, please use the CONTACT page to file a request to change the address.
☆If you input the wrong size category, please use the contact page to file a request to change the size.
☆When an order has been officially shipped, I can no longer make changes to the shipping address. Therefore, responsibility of the package is in the hands of transportation services
My package is damaged/ or missing. What should I do?
Unfortunately shipping things always comes with the small chance of damaged packages as I have no control over how the package is handled while it travels to you! If your package is missing, please check your local USPS or ask your neighbors/apartment complex.
Returns & Exchanges:
